On September 2, the annual competition of professional skills among working specialties for the title of "Best in profession"" among the group of companies of JSC "NC "KazMunaiGas", held in Almetyevsk, the Republic of Tatarstan, the Russian Federation, ended.

LLP " JV "Kazgermunai" took part in the competition in twelve nominations, and almost in each of them the employees of the Partnership won prizes. As a result, the company took the first team place.

It should be noted that previously LLP "JV "KGM" conducted internal selection among applicants for participation in the competition. The winners of the internal stage of the competition and defended the honor of the company. The competition was held in two stages. The method of the first stage of the competition is computer testing. The second stage is the implementation of practical tasks, which takes place directly at the production facilities.

Here are the names of the winners: "Best operator in oil production" - Melekeyv Gaziz – 1st place; "Best operator on the exploration wells," Yelamanov Nurlan – 1st place; "Best operator to maintain reservoir pressure" - Mukatov Tugel – 1st place; "Best laboratory assistant of chemical analysis" – Muratkyzy Laura – 1st place; "Best Turner" - Zhalybayev Saradin – 1st place; "Best welder " - Utarbaev Rahimzhan – 1 place; "The best commodity operators" - Nuradinov Bakytzhan and Kydyrbayev Dusenali – 2nd place (requirements of practical stage of the competition - job changers in tandem); "The best instrument technician" – Alaidar Zlufhar – 2nd place, "Best electrician" - Toibolov Kairat – 3 place. In the nomination "the Best mechanic on repair of oilfield equipment" for LLP "JV "Kazgermunai" participated Irsaitov Kanat, and in the nomination "the Best machinist of compressor installation" Togizbayev Nursultan.
