On January 25, the Reporting Meeting of JV Kazgermunai LLP employees Local Trade Union Public Association on the results of the year 2019 was held with Primary Trade Union

Organization Members at the Bastau Business Center conference hall. K.S. Yerzhan – Chairman of the Trade Union was started his statement with word of

appreciation for the confidence and support of collective and KGM Management Board. Then he reminded the attendees of the names and positions of employees who entered the trade union

membership and revision commissions, provided general information about the association, and further proceeded to the report.

The Report on the results of JV Kazgermunai LLP employees Local Trade Union activities was included an information on the receipt and expenditure of the appropriate finance issued by

the Partnership as sponsorship and charitable support as well as use of the membership’s fee that are assigned for health resort treatment to employees and summer camps for employee’s kids of

the Company. There was provided charity activities overview by the Trade Union including photos and film support.

During the meeting, attention was paid to compliance with Safety Regulations and basic requirements for Labor Safety both on the part of the employees and the employer, and issue on

creating the field industrial/production Council at the Company field was raised. The Meeting was continued in a question-and-answer format after the reporting part.

Akshabulak, Nuraly, Aksai and Company’s Head Office employees asked different questions and expressed wishes for further activity of the Trade Union Committee.
