Kyzylorda celebrates 120th anniversary of the Kazakhstani oil

On August 28, a number of festive events dedicated to the 120^th anniversary of the Kazakhstani oil were held in Kyzylorda.

At the Kazakh Music and Drama Theater after Bekezhanov N. a solemn meeting was held with the participation of the Kyzylorda region Akim Iskakov K., the representatives of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the leadership of NC KazMunayGas JSC, the honored veterans of the oil and gas sector of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In general, more than 600 people attended the meeting.

The award ceremony for workers of the oil and gas sector of the Kyzylorda region with medals, commemorative badges, letters of appreciation and letters of thanks from the Region Akim, the Oil and Gas Ministry, NC KazMunayGas JSC was opened by the report of the Region Akim Kuanyshbek Dosmailovich Iskakov, in which he emphasized the importance of the oil industry for welfare and socio-economic development of the region.

After that 15 distinguished employees of the city's oil and oilfield service companies were awarded. The second speaker was the Doctor of Technical Sciences, the former Minister of Oil and Gas of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Member of the Board of Directors of NC KazMunayGas JSC, the holder of the Order “Kurmet” and the title “Kazakhstan “Enbek Eri” Uzakbai Sulemenovich Karabalin. He also awarded the honored veterans and the present oil man of the region. The evening continued with a dinner at the Nomad Palace Restaurant.

Elena Abdykhalykova, Aigul Kosanova, the holder of the Order “Kurmet” Tamara Asar, Madina Sadvakasova and Akylbek Zhemeny became a real adornment of the holiday.

A big festive concert was organized for all citizens and guests of Kyzylorda in the Central City Square with the participation of Kazakhstan pop stars performing at the Solemn Meeting, as well as Arthur and Rayim, Berkut and Aisha, Aikyn Tolepbergenov. The concert ended with a grandiose salute.
