Results of the competition “The best in profession” 2017

Annual professional excellence competition among blue-collar jobs for the title “The best in profession” with participation of “NC “KazMunaiGas” JSC Group of Companies held in Aktau, was completed on September 29th.
“JV “Kazgermunai” LLP took part in the competition under nine nominations, and the Partnership employees won medal places in each nomination. It should be noted that preliminarily “JV “KGM” LLP carried out the internal elimination round from candidates for participation in the competition. Winners of this round upheld the honour of the Company.
The best “JV “Kazgermunai” LLP employees in profession demonstrated the following results:
- ♦ Oil and Gas Production Operator – Merekeyev Gaziz – 1 place
- ♦ Reservoir Pressure Maintenance Operator – Baitasov Askar – 1 place
- ♦ Downhole Survey Operator – Medetaliyev Aysyn – 3 place
- ♦ Electric and gas welder – Ramankulov Talgat – 2 place
- ♦ Maintenance Man – Ubrayev Nurlan - 2 place
- ♦ Turner – Zharilkasinov Kayrzhan – 2 place
- ♦ Laboratory Assistant – Muratkyzy Laura – 2 place
- ♦ Compressor Unit Operator – Togizbayev Nursultan – 3 place
- ♦ Electrician – Boltayev Ruslan – 2 place
The competition was held in two stages: first stage – check of theory knowledge, conducted by means of computer testing. The second stage is performance of practical tasks directly in production facilities.
Key evaluation criteria of competition participants, which were the basis for competition results, are as follows:
- 1. Level of theoretical training;
- 2. Quality of practical task performance within time limits set;
- 3. Adherence to safety and labor protection rules;
- 4. Worker productivity;
- 5. Application of the best practices and methods.
