Day of Thankfulness

The kids of Atameken SOS village have arranged a special event attributed to the Day of Thankfulness. Representatives of the sponsor companies which have been providing charity aid to Atameken have been invited and taken part in this event today.

On behalf of KGM, Rustem Ussaliyev, Chief of the Board Office, and Altynkhan Iskakova, Chairperson of the Trade Union, and Social Department employees have taken part in the above-mentioned event held in Atameken’s front yard. They have brought some food and sweets for the kids.

In the beginning of the special event, the kids performed a dance flash-mob, then the guests were invited into the residence houses where the kids expressed their words of thankfulness for the help and support rendered by the sponsor companies. Thus, the kids residing in Baykonur house under KGM’s sponsorship handed-in their hand made pieces of art and a thanks letter to KGM.

Afterwards, all the attending guests got their seats at the festive table where Atameken administration and the kids all together expressed their warmest words of thankfulness and appreciation.
