Explanations for the Land Issue

KGM and contractor employees in Akshabulak, Nuraly, and Aksai oilfields held a meeting in Akshabulak office with Khassanov U.I., Deputy Head of Kyzylorda Regional Labor Sphere Control Department, and Borynbayeva M.K., Deputy Head of Kyzylorda Regional Trade Unions Center. The meeting’s objective is to provide explanations and clarifications in the modifications of the RK Land Code (land law norms).

During this meeting, the above-mentioned representative of the regional informational group presented comprehensive information related to the land issue which has attracted huge public attention so far. Full and clearly stated answers were given to all questions put by the attending people. This meeting has significantly contributed in dissolving misunderstandings on the given issue, thus provided reliable and comprehensive information about the new amendments in the RK Land Code in plain, clear and accessible language.

As a result of the meeting, the attending employees have got useful information, sorted out relevant questions, and unanimously supported the changed newly made to the national land law. This showed that they realized the importance and profit of such new changes.

This meeting was arranged in JV Kazgermunai LLP on the initiative of Kyzylorda Regional Akimat following the instructions given by the Head of State Nazarbayev N.A. regarding informational and explanatory work that must be done among the population.
