As planned by KGM Young Professionals, we are continuing internal trainings where managers make presentations about their departments for anyone in the KGM office willing to listen.
 

Today’s master class is arranged by Nurbol Prmaganbetov, Director, Finance Department (FD). Over two dozens of people attended his presentation telling about the FD business processes, KGM financial operations, and peculiarities of both corporate finance managements and personal handlings.
 

The presentation slides were made as simple as possible, without specifically difficult terminology and graphs. While they were composed in a comprehensive language which could be understood for those who are indirectly involved in KGM financial & economic business. Nevertheless, the presented information drew the auditorium’s attentions when it came to corporate tax, payroll, and recommendations for personal compensations and savings. Since these topics concern everyone who make his or her living by getting paid for the job they do.
 

Besides the FD activities, Nurbol Prmaganbetov also presented several slides about key aspects of Accounting, Treasury, and Tax. Detailed replies were given to all employee inquiries, so this will definitely improve accuracy and efficiency of payment procedures which involve different budget administrators (payment initiators) within KGM.
 

Finalizing his presentation, Nurbol Prmaganbetov thanked everybody for coming to hear him and stated that he is ready to cooperate and provide consulting help in any finance-related issues during the day-to-day activities.
