The reporting meeting of the Management Board of JV Kazgermunai LLP with the employees of the company on the results of the year 2018 was held in the sports hall of Akshabulak field. General Director Murat Kenesaevich Mustafayev and acting first deputy general director Xia Shijun addressed the employees with an introductory word, thanking them for their fruitful work and contribution in the successful completion of the year in all production and financial and economic indicators.

The report on the results of the Partnership activities in main spheres: on production and geological, financial and economic, labor and environmental protection, human resources management and the social blocks was made by Mustafayev M.K., General Director of the company.

He began his speech with a report on status of the protocol decisions’ execution on issues raised at the reporting meetings of the Board with representatives of the employees at the end of 2017 and the first half of 2018 During the meeting special attention was paid to the observance of safety measures and basic labor protection requirements on behalf of the employees and the employer.

After reporting the meeting was continued in a question-answer format. The employees of Akshabulak, Nuraly and Aksai fields asked the company management a number of questions, to which received full answers. In particular, issue of raising wages, strengthening control on health insurance services quality, training and staff development were raised.
