Reporting meeting of the Management Board of JV Kazgermunai LLP with the labour collective on the results of the first half of the year
On 22 August, the Reporting meeting of the Management Board of JV Kazgermunai LLP was held with the labour collective of the company on the results of the first half of the year. Rinat İzmukhanbet, First Deputy General Director of the company, addressed the employees with a report on the activities of the Partnership for the past six months.
In the presented presentation he voiced the production and economic indicators of the partnership, organisational and geological-technical activities carried out in the period from January to June of the current year. The plans for oil production and delivery, gas production, commercial gas delivery, LPG production were slightly overfulfilled.
Another section of R. Izmukhanbet's speech was the block on occupational health and safety. According to the analyses conducted, the number of medical evacuations and the number of employees on the dispensary register decreased. The head of the company noted that for the past six months the company has not recorded a single case of industrial injuries. This indicator at the enterprise is kept at zero since 2019.
Following the rules of conduct of the Reporting Meeting, the speaker moved on to the human resources management block, where he touched upon such sections as: organisational structure, filling vacancies, labour discipline, personnel development and training. In the social block, the employees were provided with detailed information on social payments, fulfilment by the partnership of all obligations under the Collective Agreement, socially significant activities and projects implemented over the six months, as well as the number of employees who received health resort treatment and their children covered by summer holidays.
Rinat Nurgozhaevich paid special attention to two important achievements, which became, perhaps, the main ones on the eve of the 30th anniversary of the company and gave a new impetus to the development of the partnership.
Pursuant to the instruction of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan to JSC NC "KazMunayGas" and JSC NC "QazaqGaz" on the need to work out the issue of concluding a contract for gas supply from the Aksai Yuzhny m/r, on 10 May this year LLP "JV "Kazgermunai" together with JSC NC "QazaqGaz" started gas supply from the gas condensate m/r Aksai Yuzhny in test mode.
By the end of August, technicians will adjust the gas metering system, after which a gas supply contract will be concluded.
Implementation of the project will allow KGM to supply up to 100 million m3/year of additional gas to the region's consumers, which helps to increase its own resource base to meet the region's needs.
On 19 May, the term of the subsoil use contract was extended, which in the previous version was valid until 1 March 2024. After conclusion of Addendum No.7 between the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, JSC NC KazMunaiGas, JSC PetroKazakhstan Kumkol Resources and JV Kazgermunai LLP it is envisaged to extend the terms of subsoil use operations: on Aksai field until 1 March 2032 and on Nuraly, Akshabulak Eastern, Akshabulak Southern, Akshabulak Central, Aksai Southern fields until 1 March 2034.
