RK Energy Vice Minister Visits KGM to Discuss RK President’s Address to the Nation of Kazakhstan

Today Mr. Magzum Mirzagaliyev, RK Energy Vice Minister, visited KGM to meet with our employees on Akshabulak oilfield and discuss RK President’s Address to the Nation of Kazakhstan ‘Third Modernization of Kazakhstan: Global Competitiveness’. Evgenyi Kim, Kyzylorda Regional Vice Akim, as well as Rustem Ussaliyev, Chief of the KGM Board Office, and Nurzhan Abdirakhmanov, Deputy Director General for Production, attended the meeting on behalf of KGM top managers. Besides the attending employees of Akshabulak oilfield, we also set-up live video connection with the employees of Nuraly and Aksai oilfields.

During the meeting, Mr. Magzum Mirzagaliyev discussed key aspects of the Address and the objectives which the RK President put to the governments and the people of Kazakhstan. Attention was paid to the 5 key priorities which are designated to ensure economic growth: 1 - accelerated technological modernization of the economy; 2 - massive improvement and the business environment expansion; 3 - macroeconomic stability; 4 - improvement of human capital in quality; 5 - institutional transformation, security and anticorruption efforts.

He also noted that the President’s Address is an important public and political event for the entire nations as this is a clear program document which defined the primary direction for our nation’s further development and vital priorities of national prosperity for the nearest years. It identifies definite stages for Kazakhstan emerging to the new development levels.

KGM employees took an active participation in discussing the RK President’s Address by expressing their confidence in that positive changes will continue ensuring further solidification of the bases in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
