Sharing Experiences with JSC Embamunaigas Social Officers

Representatives of social and administrative divisions of JSC Embamunaigas and its subsidiary structures have visited JV Kazgermunai LLP for the purpose of sharing experiences. Following the meeting with KGM chiefs, the EMG delegation led by Kuandyk Kalidullin, Director, Social Policy Department, and his 10 colleagues accompanied by KGM Social Division employees headed to Akshabulak and Nuraly oilfields to get acquainted with on-site social facilities, such as household & office, etc. When visiting camps, they saw living rooms, dining halls, gyms, etc. facilities which are used by the personnel for living purposes.

Thus, the EMG employees were live demonstrated how KGM responsible officers and servicing staff work on the production sites. They were also presented information about key aspects of KGM internal and external social activity, dynamics of main indicators, and future plans.

The EMG representatives noted the high level of social benefits and securities in KGM, as well as good household & office maintenance at workplaces and living rooms, leaving us a positive feedback.
