On May 6, 2019  in Kyzylorda on the left bank of the Syrdarya river Youth Center was opened. The project was financed by JV Kazgermunai LLP under the framework of the Memorandum on Kyzylorda region socio-economic development, concluded with Oblast Akimat for the years 2017-2019. Development of the project draft was started in 2017 and construction of the facility started in 2018. The opening of the Center was held as part of the events dedicated to the Year of Youth in Kazakhstan.

   The total area of the building is 1.0 ha. IT park, production centers, a conference hall, an assembly hall for 300 seats, medical and psychological counseling rooms, a football field, a platform for extreme sports, a gym, an anti-cafe will function in the Center for all visitors. On average, it is planned to provide various types of services to 250-300 young people a day.
