During April 29 to May 1, KGM held a training ‘Stress Resistance and Teamwork When Preparing and Participating in Professional Skill Competitions’. The event has been very important for our employees.

It is critical to advance skills of employees and managers by understanding a man’s mood and leading one in positive direction. Head of the State Nursultan Nazarbayev said in his Message to the People of Kazkahstan: ‘Modern youth shall be mobile’. That means the youth shall develop themselves in line with the modernity and always move forward. Therefore, young people must obtain education degrees, strong commitments, and be capable to truly evaluate the past, present and future. Provided these, the youth may achieve great success. The training will stimulate young people to be initiative, conscious, precise.

Thereat, Rustem Ussaliyev, Head of the Board Office, said: ‘At the present rapidly changing time, it’s very interesting and difficult for a company management to overcome various obstacles and stay competitive. For that, we take various trainings and seminars. Benefit from the forthcoming lectures will also undoubtedly be great’.

Sagidulla Syzdykov, Chairman of the Young Professionals Council, believes that ‘the training will majorly influence personal development of everyone’.
