As part of the modernization program for the production infrastructure, JV Kazgermunai LLP completed the automated group measure unit installation (AGZU)  OZNA-Massomer at the Central Processing Facility (CPF), Akshabulak field, Kyzylorda region.

The new installation has connected to 14 wells using a modern 5-inch manifold. The engineering solutions of the project included the high-resolution average daily records for flow measurement of oil, fluids and free gas volume in full compliance with the requirements of GOST R 8.615-2005.

The production performance indicators at the connected wells are impressive: daily production of fluid is 1310 m3, oil — 240 tons, gas — 42.3 thousand m3. This highlights the implementation necessity of modern control and measuring (calculation) of productions.

AGZU OZNA-Massomer is equipped with advanced measurement and automation means. The equipment has integrated into the field's dispatching system, which allows for real-time monitoring. Data transmission carried out through wireless communication channels, ensuring prompt decision-making and increasing the level of industrial safety.

The implementation of this project is the next step of JV Kazgermunai LLP towards the digital transformation of production processes. We continue to develop and implement advanced technologies aimed at increasing production efficiency and sustainable development of the Company.
