Dear Mr. Ahmed Hassanin,
JV Kazgermunai LLP (KGM) does not produce or sell EN590 diesel fuel, LPG, or Jet A fuel. Regarding crude oil, KGM already has existing contractual commitments.
We are currently considering installation of equipment to stabilize gas condensate. In this regard, we are conducting a market analysis for potential sales of this product.
We are examining possibility of supplying stabilized gas condensate (EAEU HS Code 2709001001). If this product interests you, please send us a commercial offer with the following:
1. Expected purchase volumes and delivery frequency;
2. Product quality requirements (if any);
3. Proposed purchase price (KZT per ton);
4. Payment terms and validity period of the offer.
Delivery terms: EXW (Ex Works) per Incoterms 2020 – Akshabulak oilfield, Kyzylorda.

Please see the below extract from the Order of Kazakhstani Minister of Energy ‘Some Issues Of Transportation Of Liquefied Petroleum Gas’ dated 07/10/2020 No. 347:
In accordance with Sub-Clause 2, Clause 1, Article 18 of the Law ‘Regulation Of Trade Activities’ dated 12/04/2004; Clause 13, Article 27-1 of the Law ‘Gas and Gas Supply’ dated 09/01/2012, in order to protect the environment, I HEREBY ORDER:
1. Introduce a ban for a period of three (3) years on the export from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of liquefied petroleum gas (EAEU HS 2711 12 970 0), propane (EAEU HS 2711 12 940 0), butane (EAEU HS 2711 13 970 0) by motor road, except for the export through the customs post Alakol Dostyk of Almaty Regional Department of State Revenue, as well as transported transit traffic starting and ending outside the Republic of Kazakhstan.
