A visiting meeting of the KAZENERGY Women's Energy Club was held in Kyzylorda

On May 15, 2026, a visiting meeting of the Executive Committee of the KAZENERGY Women's Energy Club was held in Kyzylorda on the basis of JV Kazgermunai LLP, bringing together representatives of the energy industry of Kazakhstan.
The theme of the event — “Energy of transformation: from professionalism and skill to responsibility and leadership” — was devoted to the development of human capital, the ESG agenda, professional growth of women and strengthening women's leadership in the modern energy sector.
The event was organized by JV Kazgermunai LLP with the support of the shareholders of JSC NC KazMunayGas and JSC PetroKazakhstan Kumkol Resources. The meeting was attended by representatives of JSC NC KazMunayGas, Tengizchevroil LLP, NCOC N.V, KNNK International in Kazakhstan LLP, Embamunaigas JSC, Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V. Samruk-Energy JSC, AlES JSC, Mangistaumunaigas JSC, KEGOC JSC, Intergas Central Asia JSC, Urikhtau Operating LLP, NMSK LLP Kazmortransflot, JSC Almaty Electric Power Plants, KAZGIPRONEFTETRANS LLP, NAO Atyrau University of Oil and Gas named after Safi Utebayev, PSA LLP, LLP and JSC Ekibastuz GRES1 and GRES 2. The speakers included managers, engineers, specialists from production and environmental departments, HR departments, and ESG units.
The Board of JV Kazgermunai LLP, representatives of KAZENERGY and participating companies addressed the participants with a welcoming speech.
In their speeches, the speakers noted the increasing role of women in the development of Kazakhstan's energy sector, the introduction of modern technologies, the promotion of sustainable development principles and the formation of a new corporate culture.
After the official part, a cultural program was organized for the guests. The participants visited the sights of Kyzylorda, museum sites in the region, as well as the Korkyt Ata memorial complex in Karmakshi district, one of the key spiritual sites in Kazakhstan.
The event ended with a gala dinner in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The management of JV Kazgermunai LLP thanked the participants for their active participation, open dialogue and contribution to the development of the professional community of women in the energy industry.
Holding an offsite meeting of the KAZENERGY Housing and Communal Services in Kyzylorda was another step towards strengthening professional ties, sharing experiences and promoting women's leadership in the energy sector of Kazakhstan.
