On May 26-27 a regular corporate training for the top management of "JV" Kazgermunai "LLP on " Effectiveness management and efficiency of oil company's processes" was conducted.

A candidate of technical sciences, professor, acting teacher of MBA programs in a number of leading Russian business schools, managing owner of the consulting company "Almaty-Moscow-Consulting" LLP Igor Vladimirovich Shiloh was invited as a trainer.

Negative trends in modern world economy forced "JV" Kazgermunai" LLP to look for a new approach in management, which would allow to provide competitive advantages in near future and in long term.

Qualitative strategic solutions, directed to optimize business processes shall allow to use significant hidden reserves to strengthen the financial condition of "JV" Kazgermunai" LLP.

Under the frame of training the participants were proposed a technique of drafting and realization of projects aimed at optimizing business processes and introduction of these project results in regular and project activities of "JV" Kazgermunai "LLP.
