On June 14, in the Main office of "JV "Kazgermunai" LLP according to the decision of the Industry Commission for social partnership and regulation of social and labor relations of the oil and gas industry held a seminar-meeting on a subject: "Social partnership in the oil and gas industry."

In the seminar was attended: Representatives of the Department of oil industry development of the Ministry of Energy, Representatives of the Association "KAZENERGY", Head of the industrial innovation development department of Kyzylorda region Sultangereev R.K., Deputy head of the Department of labor control of Kyzylorda region Shalbaeva T.B., Director of the Department of social policy and internal communications of " NC "KazMunaiGas" JSC Rakhimbergenov E. M., Deputy chairman of SO "the national trade Union of oil and gas complex" Aidynov T.H, the Chairman of the SO "Kazakhstan oil and gas industry professional Union" Kabulov T., and representatives of oil companies LLP "JV "Kazgermunai", JSC "PetroKazakhstan Kumkol Recourses ", JSC NC "KOR", JSC "Turgay petroleum", JSC "CNPC Aidan Munai", LLP "JV KuatAmlonMunai LLP "SOUTH-oil" LLP, "Kumkol TRANS SERVIS", LLP "Kolzhan", LLP "Kazpetrol Group", JSC "Crystal Management".

During the meeting was discussed the development of the Sectoral Commission on social partnership and regulation of social and labor relations of the oil and gas industry under the Ministry of energy of Kazakhstan, the development of a new Sectoral agreement for 2020-2022. The participants of the meeting were provided with presentation material on the social policy in the group of companies of NC "KazMunaiGas" JSC, the activities of Trade unions. The consultative part ended with the discussion of the role of trade unions in social partnership.

Then all the participants took part in a training seminar on BiOT, PTM and industrial safety for workers of oil and gas processing enterprises.
