JV Kazgermunai LLP supported the figure skating tournament "Kөktem zhuldyzdary" for the prize of Elizabeth Tursynbayeva

On April 16 – 17, 2019 the Republican youth open tournament “Kөktem zhuldyzdary” in figure skating for the prize of 2019 World Cup silver medalist Elizabeth Tursynbayeva was held in Kyzylorda. This tournament has been taken place since 2017 but this year it has become a tournament for the prize of Elizabeth Tursynbaeva.

The competition was attended by 150 athletes from Uzbekistan and cities as Nur-Sultan, Almaty, Kostanay, Karaganda, Shymkent and Kyzylorda.

JV Kazgermunai LLP supported the tournament by allocating funds. The company has provided sponsorship to figure skater E. Tursynbayeva since 2014 as one of the goals and objectives of the company's sponsorship policy is to support the development of the sports sector and talented young athletes.

At the grand opening of the tournament General Director of the company Mustafayev Murat Kenisbaevich addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. He thanked Elizabeth for the worthy representation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the world sports arena, congratulated the young skaters for participating in the tournament, wished them good luck and encouraged them to be equal to Elizabeth Tursynbayeva and reach her successes.
