JV Kazgermunai LLP held the Reporting meeting of the Management Board with the personnel, dedicated to summarizing the Company's production, financial and social performances in 2025. The Meeting was attended by the Company's Management, Production the Office personnel, including in an online format.

Opening the Meeting, Ziyash Kiyakbayev, General Director of JV Kazgermunai LLP, noted that the past year has been a challenge for the Company considering high stage of stripped reserves in the fields and at the same time confirmed the stability of the production system and the professionalism of the collective.

Safety is an absolute priority

During speeches there was include a focus on the issues of Health and Safety at industrial. According to the results of 2025, not any single accidence, injures, industrial accidence and violation of Life Saving Rules have reported in the Company. This result reflected a mature safety culture and a responsible attitude of employees towards compliance at production operations. Moreover, it was underlined that safety remains a key value of the Company and requires constant attention from both personnel and contractors.

Production results: sustainability in difficult conditions

In 2025, JV Kazgermunai LLP ensured the fulfillment of key production indicators. The actual oil production for 12 months amounted to 906.3 thousand tons, exceeding the planned targets. Plans for the delivery of oil and gas, the preparation of commercial gas and the production of liquefied petroleum gas have completed and exceeded target.

Nevertheless, the objective difficulties — the stripped reserves of recoverable oil reserves at the level of 89% and the current  water-cut of 87% — the Company compensated the natural  production decline using geological and technical measures, put into production a new wells and the implementation of additional exploration programs.

During the year, construction and installation operations have completed at a number of key facilities, solutions have implemented to improve operational efficiency, and made foundations for the futures - including projects for the reconstruction of gas treatment plants and optimization of technological processes.

HR policy and social responsibility

A separate section of the meeting has dedicated to personnel and social policy. Kazgermunai fully fulfilled the obligations of the employer: bonus payments, social support for employees, sanatorium-and-health-resort for health improvement and organization of summer holidays for employees' children have implemented. The total amount of Collective Agreement’s social benefits in 2025 increased by KZT 10.39 million compared to the previous year.

Corporate life and initiatives

During the year, the Company implemented large-scale corporate and social initiatives, including events within the framework of the Year of Working Professions, the development of innovation activities using the Bank of Ideas, participation in environmental campaigns "Taza Kazakhstan", professional holidays, sports competitions and cultural events.

Employees who contributed to improving production efficiency and safety, mentoring and developing professional skills, including the winners of the KMG Skills championship have highlighted and particularly noted.

Looking to the future

Summing up the Meeting, the Company's Management underlined that there are faced new challenges related to have keeping the production levels, increasing efficiency and implementing planned projects. Herewith, the personnel is a key part of success — their experience, responsibility and teamwork.

The Reporting Meeting concluded with the question-and-answer session, during that an employees received clarifications on their issues.
