At the JV Kazgermunai LLP held a solemn event dedicated to the official closing of the Year of Labour Professions - an initiative announced by K. K. Tokayev, the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, aimed at increasing the prestige of labor professions. The ceremony has united the Nuraly, Aksai and Akshabulak fields employees that was held at the Akshabulak field.

During the ceremony, 61 Company’s employees were awarded, who made a significant contribution to production results, an innovation activities development and the strengthening the professional competencies of the Partnership.

Addressing the collective, the Company's Management highlighted the key role of production employees in the sustainable development of the Company.

"The Year of Labour Professions has become not a formal initiative for the Company, but a real stimulus to development. Including in particular the professionalism, responsibility and initiative of the employees that form the sustainability of Kazgermunai today and lay the foundation for its future," noticed Ziyash Kiyakbayev, General Director.

Whereas, the First Deputy General Director focused on the importance of the values of partnerships and personnel involvement: "I look on it as an honor to work with this collective. I am sincerely glad to be a part of the Kazgermunai Company’s team and I am ready to further strengthen our partnership by supporting the initiatives and professional growth of our employees," pointed Ming Haihui.

Regarding the results of 2025, awards were presented in the following key focus areas:

- development of innovation activities and the Bank of Ideas — for initiative, engineering thinking and the introduction of practical improvements in production processes;

- mentoring and sharing experiencer — for their contribution to the training of young specialists and strengthening human resources;

- the best representatives of working professions are Operators, Repairmen /Fitters, Electricians, Laboratory Technicians, Welders, Machinists and other Specialists who ensures stable operation of production facilities;

- professional skills (KMG Skills) — for successful participation and prizes in the professional skills championship among Subsidiaries and Affiliated Companies of NC KazMunayGas JSC.

Summing up the results of the year, the Company's Management highlighted that the respectful of labor professions, support for initiatives and the development of mentoring will remain priorities of Corporate Policy and beyond the following years.
