JV Kazgermunai LLP was the guest of honor at the grand opening of the republican professional competition «Best Hydraulic Engineer – 2026», held on the basis of the Isatai Abdukarimov Kyzylorda Polytechnic Higher College with the support of the Talap Non-Profit Joint Stock Company of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The event was attended by representatives of five educational institutions of Kazakhstan that train specialists in the field of hydraulic engineering. Today, these colleges form the personnel reserve for one of the most strategically important industries in the country.

During the ceremony, the Partnership, as well as Botagoz Ashirbekova, Deputy General Director for Human Resources and Social Affairs, and Aigerim Yerdaliyeva, a leading engineer for personnel training and development, were awarded letters of thanks for providing sponsorship assistance in obtaining secondary specialized technical education by college students.

The Company's cooperation with the college has been going on for several years. Over the past two years alone, 103 students have completed their studies with the support of KGM, and the amount of funding has amounted to over 14 million tenge.

Today, issues of water protection, rational use of water resources and replenishment of water reserves are of particular relevance for Kazakhstan. Under these conditions, the «Best Hydraulic Engineer – 2026» competition is becoming an important platform for identifying current and future highly qualified specialists who can contribute to solving the country's strategic tasks.

It is especially important for JV Kazgermunai LLP to support the development of working and technical professions in demand in the republic and contribute to the training of a new generation of qualified specialists.
