Kazgermunai JV LLP has announced the winners of its annual «Best Professional - 2026» skills competition, traditionally held to promote the prestige of blue-collar professions, enhance employees' professional competencies, improve practical skills, and strengthen the Company's occupational and industrial safety culture.

This year's competition brought together specialists representing the Company's key production professions. A total of 92 employees took part in the event. Following the theoretical testing stage, 86 participants advanced to the practical round.

The practical stage was conducted directly at the Company's production facilities, where contestants completed assignments under conditions closely reflecting real operating environments. The evaluation panel assessed participants' professional knowledge, quality of work, compliance with industrial safety requirements, proper application of production technologies, and ability to make effective decisions in workplace situations.

Following the results of both stages, the winners in 13 professional categories were determined:

- Oil Production Operator – Kemalov Uzak;

- Artificial Lift Operations Operator – Kurguzov Alexander;

- Well Testing Operator – Pirmakhanov Yersayin;

- Reservoir Pressure Maintenance Operator – Baglanov Murat;

- Oil Treatment Operator – Nuradinov Bakytzhan;

- Chemical Laboratory Technician – Kim Vadim;

- Compressor Unit Operator – Maksimov Maksim;

- Pump Unit Operator – Absamatov Galym;

- Well Chemical Treatment Operator – Otegulov Yerkebulan;

- Process Plant Operator – Pak Gennady;

- Instrumentation and Automation Technician – Kystaubayev Muratbek;

- Turner (Machinist) – Dzhappasbayev Dauletbay;

- Electrician – Baimenov Yerlan.

The «Best Professional - 2026» competition is an integral part of Kazgermunai's personnel development system.
