A meeting of employees with Ombudsman Yerkin Rakhimbergenov was held at JV Kazgermunai LLP.

During the meeting, the Code of Business Ethics of the National Company was presented, a key document defining standards of conduct and corporate values for all employees.

Special attention was paid to:

— principles of ethical behavior, professionalism and mutual respect;

— issues of openness, fairness and non-discrimination;

— compliance with safety and sustainable development requirements;

— the policy of zero tolerance to corruption and conflict of interests.

The Ombudsman explained in detail the practical aspects of applying the Code in daily work, and also answered the questions of the staff.

An important part of the event was the opportunity for an open dialogue: employees were able to receive clarifications on ethical situations and corporate norms that they face in their activities.

At the end of the meeting, a personal reception was held for employees on individual issues.

An online broadcast was organized for the workers of the fields, which made it possible to ensure the broad participation of the team.

Such meetings contribute to strengthening the culture of trust, transparency and mutual respect in the Company, as well as increase the level of employee involvement in the development of corporate ethics.
