On September 4, 2025, a solemn festive event dedicated to the professional holiday of oil and gas complex workers of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held at the head office of JV Kazgermunai LLP.

Veterans of the industry and members of the regional and city councils of veterans began the day with a visit to the office of the "Ardaguer munaishy" Foundation, created with the financial support of the company. They then visited the Kazgermunai office, where they laid flowers at the memorial in honor of veterans and young oilmen and visited the company's museum.

A solemn part was held in the conference hall: the management congratulated the veterans on their professional holiday, and honored employees who had reached their jubilee age, as well as workers who had recently retired.

Six veterans received letters of appreciation and certificates of honor from Kazgermunai, and two were awarded the title of Honorary Oilman of the Kyzylorda region.

The General Director of JV Kazgermunai LLP, Ziyash Kikbayev, noted that veterans are the pride and conscience of the company, who laid its foundation and passed on invaluable experience to the younger generation. He emphasized that caring for those who gave their strength and knowledge to the development of the oil and gas industry is a sacred duty of the company.

Razia Kaldzhanova, the director of the "Ardaguer munaishy" Foundation, gave a response speech on behalf of the veterans. She thanked the company's management for their attention and support, noting that it is important for veterans to maintain a connection with their native enterprise and to see that their work is valued and remembered.

The event continued with the participants of the city council of veterans at a festive table. The veterans took commemorative photos at the "Alley of Veterans," received gifts from the company and the Local trade union of the company's employees, and thanked Kazgermunai for the warm welcome.
