The qualifying stage of the Sports Contest among the employees of the NC KazMunayGas Groups in the 12th group, which was attended by the teams of JV Kazgermunai LLP and PetroKazakhstan Kumkol Resources JSC, has ended in Kyzylorda.

The competition was held from May 13 to 22 and brought together company employees in 15 sports. The Spartakiad is traditionally aimed at developing corporate sports, strengthening team spirit and promoting a healthy lifestyle among the employees of the NC KazMunayGas Groups.

According to the results of the qualifying competitions, athletes of JV Kazgermunai LLP won tickets to the final stage in several disciplines at once: futsal, basketball, men's volleyball, arm wrestling in the weight category over 80 kg., table tennis among men and women, athletics: men 35+ and women under 35, tug of war.

Both experienced athletes and young employees performed well as part of the team, demonstrating a high level of training, cohesion and true teamwork.

The final stage of the Spartakiad will be held in Astana from 11 to 15 June.
