On August 21, 2025, Bizhanov Nurlan Bazarbaevich, Lead Engineer for Labor Protection and Safety, was retired. His total work experience is 45 years, of which he worked at Kazgermunai Joint Venture LLP for 17 years.

Nurlan Bazarbaevich graduated from the Kyzylorda State Farm-Technical School with a degree in "Zootechnics," as well as from Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University with a degree in "Development and Operation of Oil and Gas Fields."

He began his career in 1979 as a mechanic at the Kyzylorda Meat Processing Plant. Over the years, he worked in various production and state structures in engineering and management positions in the fields of ecology, labor protection, and safety. He has been working at Kazgermunai Joint Venture LLP since 2008, and since 2017, he has held the position of Lead Engineer for Labor Protection and Safety.

During his years with the company, he was awarded: an Honorary Diploma from the KAZENERGY association for the company's 20th anniversary in 2013, an Honorary Diploma from Kazgermunai Joint Venture LLP for the New Year in 2016, a Letter of Gratitude for active participation in the vaccination of employees against COVID-19 in 2021, an Honorary Diploma from the Management Board for the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2021, and the "Yenbek Ardagery" Medal of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2023.
