On October 27, 2025, Dospembetov Baltabay Zhumadilovich, a Communications Engineer, was retired to a well-deserved rest. His total work experience is 36 years, 15 of which were spent at "Kazgermunai" LLP.

Baltabay Zhumadilovich graduated from the Lenin Electrotechnical College of Communications named after M.I. Nedelin with a specialization in "Television Technology and Radio Relay Communications." Over the years, he worked as an electrician, electromechanic, senior electromechanic, and engineer at the Kyzylorda Regional Radio Center, the Regional Telecommunications Directorate, and was also involved in the maintenance of boiler installations. Since 2010, he has worked at "Kazgermunai" LLP as a Communications Engineer.

During his years of service, he received the following awards: in 2017, a Certificate of Honour from "KazMunayGas" Exploration Production JSC; in 2022, a Certificate of Honour from "PetroKazakhstan Kumkol Resources" JSC in honor of the Day of Workers of the Oil and Gas Complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan; in 2024, a Certificate of Honour from "Samruk-Kazyna" JSC; and in 2025, the "Eńbek ardaǵeri" Medal from the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
