On October 28, 2025, Makhanbetov Duysenbek Zhanabayevich, a Substation Maintenance Electrician, was retired to a well-deserved rest. His total work experience is 31 years, 15 of which were spent with "Kazgermunai" LLP.

Duysenbek Zhanabayevich graduated from the Kyzylorda Polytechnic College with a degree in "Electrification of Agriculture," qualifying as an electrical technician. He began his career in 1986 as an electrician at the "Kyzylorda-Rismash" plant, then worked as an electric shop master at Thermal Power Plant-6 (TPP-6), an energy engineer at the "Rismash" plant, and an electrician at "Novomed" LLP. Since 2010, he has worked at "Kazgermunai" LLP as a Substation Maintenance Electrician at the Nuraly field.

During his years of service, he received the following awards: in 2016, a Certificate of Honour from "Kazgermunai" LLP in honour of Nauryz Meiramy; in 2019, a Certificate of Honour from the Akim of the Kyzylorda Region in honour of the 120th Anniversary of Kazakhstan's Oil; and in 2024, the "125 Years of Kazakhstan Oil" Jubilee Medal from the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, along with a Letter of Gratitude from the Akim of the Kyzylorda Region in honour of the Day of Energy Workers.
