On August 20, 2021, Marat Turarovich Elmakhanov – CPF Operator, Akshabulak field got retired due to pension age. M. T. Elmakhanov worked in JV Kazgermunai LLP for 19 years.

Marat Turarovich was started to work at JV Kazgermunai LLP as an employee of the Welder then worked as Mechanic. After graduating from Kyzylorda Agricultural and Technical College in specialty Operation of Oil and Gas Wells, he was transferred to the position of an Operator, CPF
