On October 17, 2025, Tykhanov Bakhytzhan Kartanbayevich, a Transport Dispatcher, was retired to a well-deserved rest. His total work experience is 44 years, 25 of which he spent working at "Kazgermunai" LLP.

Bakhytzhan Kartanbayevich graduated from the Kyzylorda Agro-College in 2013 with a degree in "Mechanic-Technician. Technical maintenance and repair of automobiles."

He began his career in 1980 as a driller at the Kyzylorda Hydrogeological Expedition, then worked as a driver at "Talap" JSC. In 2000, he was hired by "Kazgermunai" LLP as an internal combustion engine operator. He is retiring from the position of Transport Dispatcher.

During his years with the company, he received the following awards: in 2013, a Certificate of Honour from "Kazgermunai" LLP in honour of the company's 20th anniversary; in 2016, a Certificate of Honour from "Kazgermunai" LLP in honour of Nauryz Meiramy; and in 2023, the "Eńbek ardaǵeri" Medal from the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
