On August 21, 2025, Zharkinbekov Kozhabay Abildaevich, a camp technician at the Akshabulak field, was retired. His total work experience is 46 years, of which he worked at Kazgermunai Joint Venture LLP for 26 years.

Kozhabay Abildaevich began his career in 1979 as a 2nd-grade concrete worker at the PMK-1610 trust. For about 15 years, he worked as a driver in various production organizations. Since 1999, he has been working at Kazgermunai Joint Venture LLP as a camp technician.

During his years with the company, he was awarded: an Honorary Diploma of Kazgermunai Joint Venture LLP in 2013 on the occasion of the company's 20th anniversary, an Honorary Diploma of Kazgermunai Joint Venture LLP on the occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2019, and the "Yenbek Ardagery" Medal of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2023.
