On June 12 and 13, the eighth internal competition "Uzdik Maman 2019 was held in " JV "Kazgermunai" LLP on Akshabulak field.  This year it is dedicated to the 120th anniversary of Kazakhstan's oil. In total, 139 employees of the partnership took part in the competition.

The aim of the competition is to increase the motivation of production personnel, identify, summarize and disseminate best practices, improve the professional level and theoretical training of employees, the development of their creative activity, as well as the introduction of advanced methods and techniques, improving the efficiency of production and the prestige of working professions in the oil and gas industry.

The competition was held in the following specialties: Oil and gas operator, The operator of the wells survey, Commodity operator,  Reservoir pressure maintenance operator,  Operator of chemical treatment of wells,

The mechanic on repair of oilfield equipment, Gas welder, Turner, Electrician, The mechanic on instrumentation and automation,  Driver of the gas compressor unit,   Chemical analysis laboratory assistant.

The competition is held in two stages: the first stage - testing of theoretical knowledge the Method of the first stage of the competition - computer testing. The first 3 employees in each category who scored the best results in the testing are in the second round.

The second stage – the implementation of practical tasks, was organized directly at the field "Akshabulak".

The main criteria for evaluating the results of the contest participants, on the basis of which the results were summed up, were:

1. Level of theoretical training;

2.Quality of implementation of the practical task in due time;

3. Compliance with safety and health regulations;

4. Labour productivity;

5. Application of advanced forms and methods of work.

Employees who took 1, 2, 3 places in each category received diplomas and cash prizes. The winners of the contest will now defend the honor of the company at the Uzdik Maman 2019 contest among more than 40 subsidiaries of the group of companies of JSC NC KazMunaiGas. All participants received incentive gifts from the trade Union Committee of the company.
