On November 14, 2025, an explanatory meeting was held at the office of "Kazgermunai" Joint Venture LLP with a representative from the Department of Economic Investigations for the Kyzylorda Region, under the Financial Monitoring Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan (RK). The event was organized as part of efforts to enhance the legal literacy of employees, strengthen the anti-corruption culture, and prevent offenses in the sphere of financial and economic activity.

Deputy Head of the Investigation Department of the Economic Investigations Department for Kyzylorda Region of the Agency for Financial Monitoring, Erlan Qaskyrbaiuly, and Investigator Mayra Oralbaeva elaborated on the current requirements of financial legislation and measures for counteracting corruption, preventing embezzlement, and addressing violations in the areas of budget planning and procurement.

During the meeting, typical risks and violations faced by organizations in the real sector were analyzed, and practical recommendations were provided regarding compliance with legal norms, avoiding conflicts of interest, and enhancing the personal responsibility of employees. Company employees received answers to their questions and noted the practical benefit of the meeting for their daily work.
