On June 24-25 «JV» Kazgermunai»LLP conducted a competition of professional skills «Best Specialist 2016» in Akshabulak, Nuraly deposits.
The purpose of the competition is to enhance professional skills and qualifications of workers. The first day of the competition was held as check of the theory (test), the second day – practice.In total, the competition was attended by 77 people, who competed in 11 categories. The winners were awarded with diplomas of the company management and received vouchers to participate in the competition among the subsidiaries and branches of "KazMunaiGas"Exploration Production" company.
The main aim of these competitions that became a traditional event is not only election and awarding of the best of the best. Most importantly, the competition gives training and development of staffskills and experienceworking in the same field. There is no doubt that the best specialist today will become a renownedoil workerin future.
