Respect and honor to senior generations are one of the main principles stated in KGM corporate culture. A prime example is establishment and annual financing of Ardager-Munaishy public fund which now unites more than 50 retired veterans. Owing to the KGM’s support, these ex-employees are provided with a well-deserved social package including annual vouchers to the RK sanatorium institutions, required medical insurance and treatment, and material assistance during holidays and age anniversaries.

This time KGM decided to devote a whole alley near KGM Main Office to the senior generation and to name it as ‘Veterans Alley’. Ceremonial opening was held with participation of Medet Karim, First Deputy Director General, top managers, Raziya Kalzhanova, Director, ‘Ardager-Munaishy’, and its members. Medet Karim acquainted veterans with the alley featuring comfortable benches and national-style garden house in the shade of high trees. The office employees may have rest in the alley during out of work hours and enjoy fresh air in the plant-full place.

In conclusion of the alley opening, KGM top managers and veterans planted some trees; and then a generous dastarkhan was laid for the honored guests in the large comfortable garden house in the alley center.

In their turn, veterans expressed gratitude to KGM top managers for their continuous support, and emphasized that even out of KGM they don’t feel disadvantaged and, conversely, they continue to feel kindness and respect of our employees.
