Flowers, recognition and awards: how Kazgermunay JV LLP congratulated women on March 8

At Kazgermunai JV LLP, International Women's Day became a real celebration of spring, warmth, and gratitude. On this day, the fairer sex heard sincere congratulations from the company's management, received flowers, gifts, and, of course, a charge of positive emotions!
The festive events took place not only in the office but also at the fields where twenty-five employees of the partnership work. The company's General Director, Ziyash Kiyakbayev, addressed the women with warm words: "You are not just professionals in your field, you are a source of inspiration, harmony, and warmth. Every day you prove that a woman can do everything: achieve success at work, take care of her family, support friends, and at the same time remain gentle and energetic. Thank you for your work, dedication, and the incredible ability to combine professionalism and warmth. May there be more joy, love, and inspiration in your life!" The colleague was supported by the First Deputy General Director, Min Haihui, who also emphasized the contribution of women to the company's success.
As part of the Year of Working Professions in the company, two employees received special awards: Irina Sirichenko, a 5th-grade laboratory assistant, was awarded the Commemorative Sign of JSC NC KazMunayGas, and Aigerim Seitova, a 3rd-grade laboratory assistant, was awarded the Certificate of Honor of JSC NC KazMunayGas. Their work, professionalism, and dedication were highly appreciated.
In addition, seven employees of the company were awarded Certificates of Honor from the Board of Kazgermunai JV LLP and received cash bonuses. In accordance with the Collective Agreement, all employees of the Partnership also received a holiday bonus.
The women of the company received not only words of gratitude but also pleasant gifts – flowers, sweets, and gift certificates to a network of cosmetics stores. The gifts were presented both from the company and from the Local Trade Union of Kazgermunai JV LLP Employees Public Association.
The holiday was remembered for its bright atmosphere, contests, and musical performances prepared by the male half for the beautiful ladies.
