JV Kazgermunai LLP first in the team competition "Best in Profession 2023" contest

From September 14 to 17 in Aktau on the Karazhanbas field of JSC "Karazhanbasmunai" held a competition "Best in Profession 2023" among the working specialties of the group of companies of JSC NC "KazMunayGas". More than 100 participants from 19 enterprises from Atyrau, Mangistau, Aktobe, Pavlodar, Kyzylorda regions, Shymkent and Zhezkazgan cities took part in the competition. Kyzylorda was represented by JV Kazgermunai LLP.

During three days the contestants competed in professional skills in the following specialties: cementing unit motor operators (CA-320 piston), well workover crew, underground well workover crew, electric and gas welder, electrician for repair and maintenance of electrical equipment, instrumentation and control fitter, chemical analysis laboratory technician, compressor unit operator, process pump operator / pumping unit operator / RPM pump operator, oil and gas production operator, reservoir pressure maintenance operator, process plant operator, process equipment repair and maintenance fitter, turner, commodity operator, automobile drivers, well research operator.

The competition was held in two stages: the first was a test of theoretical knowledge using the testing method, the second - practical tasks at the production facilities of Karazhanbas field.

According to the results of the competition "JV "Kazgermunai" LLP, participating in fifteen of the presented nominations, took the first team place, winning four first and one third place.

Best well research operator - 1st place - Usmanov Daniyar

Best Compressor Machine Operator - 1st place - Maxim Maximov Maksimov

Best fitter on control-measuring devices and automation - 3rd place - Muratbek Kystaubaev.
