JV KAZGERMUNAI LLP SIGNED A NEW COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT FOR 2025-2027

On December 22, a new Collective Agreement for 2025-2027 was signed between JV Kazgermunai LLP and its employees, whose interests were represented by the trade union committee. During the Collective Agreement sign process the Company's personnel was present, to whom was introduced the new First Deputy General Director of the Сompany, Ming Haihui.
The signing was preceded by a wide discussion of the project in the labor collectives - workshops, sites, departments of the company, collecting proposals from employees of the partnership, analyzing the financial and economic situation of Kazgermunai.
The main feature of the document is the preservation of all social guarantees for employees of the enterprise. This was stated by the General Director of the company Ziyash Kiyakbayev: “Despite the issues related to the decline in oil production and saving non-production costs, we have made it our priority to prevent the deterioration of those conditions that were fixed in the current document. The new Collective Agreement retained all existing social benefits and guarantees provided for in the previous agreement.” These include: payment of lump-sum benefits on the occasion of the birth of a child, marriage, anniversaries, retirement by age, conscription, provision of financial assistance to employees with disabled children in the family who are single mothers/fathers who have four or more dependent children under the age of 21, in the event of the death of a close relative, as well as relatives of an employee in the event of his death, awarding in honor of state and professional holidays.
The first head of KGM also thanked the team for the constructive dialogue during the discussion of the Collective Agreement.
It should be noted that this year a new trade union activist and Chairman of the Trade Union Committee were elected to Kazgermunai. Murat Saparov, the Head of the Drilling and Well Repair Service, working at the Akshabulak field, became him.
The parties congratulated each other on the successful signing of the Collective Agreement and expressed the hope that all its points, as before, will be fully implemented.
Marat Baimbetov, Deputy Head of the Trade Unions territorial association of "Kyzylorda Region Trade Union Center" and Altynkhan Iskakova, Chairman of the Kazakhstan branch Trade Union of the Oil and Gas industry in Kyzylorda Region also have given the congratulatory address to the Partnership’s employees.
