According to KGM Internal Communications Rules, the KGM Board held the 2018H1 report meeting with the personnel representatives. The meeting was attended by the Deputies Director General, structural department managers and employees from KGM HQ, Akshabulal, Nuraly, Aksai fields, Almaty and Astana Offices, and Chairman, KGM Trade Union.

The agenda covered the following:

1. KGM 2018H1 financial & production performance results;
2. KGM HSE performance analysis;
3. KGM HR & social activity analysis;
4. Questions from the personnel.

In the end of the meeting, the Board members gave comprehensive answers to the questions from some employees, and paid attention of the employees and managers to comply with HSE requirements and supervise HSE compliance by contractors at all work sites in order to avoid accidents and injuries. They emphasized personal and collective responsibility of the employees, mid- and top-level managers for breaches of HSE requirements.
