On July 10, 2015, Kyzylorda Regional Greco-Roman, Freestyle and Women’s Wrestling Federation (“Federation”) held a meeting in JV Kazgermunai LLP office. The meeting was attended by trainers and regional sportsmen, including some merited persons.
As it was earlier announced on June 25, the Federation had a conference meeting in a business center of Kyzylorda. It was attended by Ospanov B.K., Vice-President for Regional Development, National Federation of Greco-Roman, Freestyle and Women’s Wrestling of the Republic of Kazakhstan; with Volokha A.I., Secretary General, and Magay I., Organizational Department Manager; Mustafayev S.Sh., Manager, Kyzylorda Regional Physical Training and Sports Administration; with other representative officials. As a result of that conference, the attending sportsmen and managers unanimously voted for Karim M.S., First Deputy General Director, JV Kazgermunai LLP, who was appointed as Chairman of the Federation.
The Federation’s July 10 meeting in KGM office was attended by Karim M.S., First Deputy General Director, JV Kazgermunai LLP (Chairman of the Federation); Zhumagulov D.Zh., Director, Kyzylorda Regional Olympic Reserve Training Center; Yun P.V., Chief Specialist, Exercise & Training Department, Kyzylorda Regional Physical Training and Sports Administration; trainers, honored sportsmen, and KGM managers.
The following were discussed during the meeting:
- general organizational issues of planning, managing and controlling (coordinating) the Federation’s activities;
- main directions and development prospects of the Federation;
- key issues relating to condition required to organize and run the Federation’s activities; and development problems of the given sport types in Kyzylorda region;
- objectives and tasks of the Federation’s further activities in terms of developing and popularizing the given sport types in Kyzylorda region; propaganda among the local people (youth);
- cooperation with Kyzylorda Regional Physical Training and Sports Administration; National Federation of Greco-Roman, Freestyle and Women’s Wrestling of the Republic of Kazakhstan; state authorities, public bodies, etc.
- setting the day, venue and agenda for the Federation’s next meeting.
Several decisions were made on the above items.
