LLP “JV “Kazgermunai” – winner of the contest “Usdik maman 2013”

JSC “KazMunaiGaz” Exploration Production” conducted in the territory of the Akshabulak field of the company LLP “JV “Kazgermunai” the second contest of the professional skill “Uzdik maman 2013” participated by four teams of SAO (subsidiary and affiliated organizations” of JSC “KazMunaiGaz” Exploration Production”: JSC “Karazhanbasmunai”, JSC “OzenMunaiGaz”, JSC “EmbaMunaiGaz” and LLP “JV “Kazgermunai”.
28 participants from the leading enterprises of the oil and gas industry of Atyrau and Mangistau oblasts met in Kyzylorda. All in all the contest was participated by 38 people competing in ten nominations.
The purpose of this contest was to increase motivation of labor of the production personnel, reveal, generalize and distribute the advanced work experience, increase the professional level and academic training of workers, develop their creative activity and also introduce advanced labor procedures and practices and production efficiency and increase the image of the blue-collar occupations in the oil and gas industry.
The contest was conducted in two stages: the first stage was inspection of the academic knowledge by the method of computer testing. This was conducted in the business center “Baikonur” where the contest participants were registered and the solemn ceremony of opening was performed. The second stage related with fulfillment of practical tasks was organized directly at the Akshabulak field.
According to the results of two tours in all of ten nominations the workers of LLP “JV “Kazgermunai” became the winners that enabled the enterprise to get the absolute victory.
