In order to promote knowledge of fire safety requirements among employees, improve skills in the use of primary fire extinguishing means and in honor of the 101th anniversary of the formation of fire protection at the field of JSC "PetroKazakhstan Kumkol resources" "Kumkol" on May 24, a competition was held on the theme "Fire is easier to prevent than to extinguish". In total, 15 teams representing divisions and subsidiaries of the company took part in the competition.
The team of LLP "JV" Kazgermunai" as per results of the competition won the third prize. The team that successfully defended the honor of the Partnership in this competition included: Kemalov Uzak - Operator, Oil & Gas Production Department Maximov Maxim - Engineer of Compressor Units, Keldybayuly Erhan - Operator for Well Chemical Treatment Myrzabekov Toregali - Operator, COPS.
     Participants not only fulfilled all its conditions, but also improved their skills, as well as demonstrated to the audience the ways of using firefighting equipment and methods of working in a team in an extreme situation.
