It has been preceded by a big work made in cooperation with our Participants, JSC KazMunaiGas E&P and JSC PetroKazakhstanKumkol Resources. During review discussions, their HR and financial departments and top managers have contributed much in making this new Collective Agreement retain all main types and rates of social support, labor remuneration and timing.

 

Notwithstanding to the current critical situation in global petroleum industry and low oil prices, KGM and our Participants have unanimously agreed on continuing social support to our employees at the existing level without worsening key conditions of wage policies, periodical bonus payment, material incentives, and social benefits attributed to holidays and significant events. This is one of the KGM social responsibility towards our employees staff.
