Representatives of Kazgermunai at the VII KAZENERGY Women's Energy Club Forum

On October 2, in Astana, at the Palace of Independence, the VII KAZENERGY Women's Energy Club Forum, "Women in Energy: Driving Power, Shaping Progress," launched as part of Kazakhstan Energy Week – 2025. The forum traditionally became one of the key platforms for discussing the role of women in energy, gender equality, the development of working professions, and leadership practices in the industry.
Welcoming remarks to the participants were delivered by the General Director of the KAZENERGY Association, Zhandos Nurmaganbetov, Vice Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Sanzhar Zharkeshov, President of WPC Energy, Pedro Miras, and President of the Women in Energy Association of Kyrgyzstan, Altynai Abdykerimova.
Kazgermunai's Participation
A special honor for the company was the participation of Aisholpan OrazyMbetova, Head of the Laboratory at "JV "Kazgermunai" LLP, as a speaker in the panel session "Women in the Industry: From Working Profession to Leadership."
In her speech, Aisholpan shared her personal professional journey, highlighted the importance of supporting women in technical and engineering professions, and the role of soft skills in the modern oil and gas sector.
Her words that "women not only drive energy but also shape progress" resonated with the audience and reflected the overall idea of the forum.
On the occasion of the association’s 20th anniversary, Aisholpan Orazymbetova was awarded the "KAZENERGY" medal.
