In support of the Year of Working Professions announced in the Republic of Kazakhstan, “Kazgermunai” LLP held its traditional internal professional skills competition “Üzdik Maman – 2025” to recognize and motivate outstanding employees and to promote the value of skilled labor.

The competition was conducted in two stages:

Theoretical knowledge testing, held on July 8 at the head office and at the Akshabulak and Nuraly fields;
Practical tasks, completed on July 9 at the Akshabulak production site.
The competition covered 15 occupational categories, and the following employees were recognized as the best in their professions:

Chemical Analysis Laboratory Technician – Zhadira Akhmar
Compressor Unit Operator – Bekbergen Maidabekov
Pumping Unit Operator – Talgat Shamanaev
Oil Production Operator – Uzak Kemalov
Well Testing Operator – Yersayin Prmakhanov
Mechanized Fund Operator – Nursultan Kypshakov
Reservoir Pressure Maintenance Operator – Murat Baglanov
Well Chemical Treatment Operator – Rysbek Muratov
Process Unit Operator – Rustam Asilov
Oil Preparation Operator – Bakytzhan Nuradinov
Instrumentation and Automation Technician – Nurbol Tilegenov
Maintenance Technician – Galymzhan Asankhanov
Turner – Dauletbay Zhappasbayev
Electric Gas Welder – Rakhymzhan Utarbayev
Electrician – Erzhan Zhusupov
The award ceremony for the winners will take place during the celebration of the Oil and Gas Industry Workers’ Day.
