Due to epidemiological situation of coronavirus infection pandemic, for the safety of employees, as well as in accordance with the Internal Communication Rules between the JV Kazgermunai LLP Management and its employees in order to provide feedback and present the results for the first half of 2020, the Company was arranged the video address from M. K. Mustafayev, General Director. The video address was carried out on the specially allocated TV-channel at the Akshabulak and Nuraly fields from the period of September 28 to October 3. For employees of the Head Office in Qyzylorda and Representative Offices in Nur-Sultan city and Almaty city the video address was available for watching from work computers during working hours from September 28 to September 30.

General Director of the Company Murat Kenesbayevich Mustafayev presented to the attention of the labor collective the Report on the results of the first half of 2020 in the form of presentation. The production and economic indicators of the Partnership, the organizational and geology—technical activities carried out for the 6 months of 2020 were announced the first in the presentation.

The next section of the Top Executive was the Safety and Labor protection block review. The presentation included an analysis of industrial injuries and occupational diseases, the number of medical evacuations for health conditions and the number of days of incapacity of employment. M. K. Mustafayev commended the collective for the fact that over the past six months the Company has not had a single case of industrial injuries and once again reminded that the safety of employees for JV Kazgermunai LLP has always been and will be the most important value. The separate slide provided information on the activities taken by the Company within the framework the activities to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection.

           Following the regulations of conduct the Reporting Meeting, General Director in his address moved to the Human Resources Management block. It has raised the subjects, as follows: development and assessment of personnel, payment of bonuses for two quarters of 2020, labor discipline, rewarding employees, filling the vacant positions.

           Information of the Social block included the following sections: social payments and compensations, the amount of which increased compared to the same period in 2019, health resort treatment of employees, corporate and socially significant activities that the Partnership managed to carry out before the announced of the Emergency Situation in Kazakhstan, sponsorship.

           Further, the Report of M. K. Mustafayev continued with the announcement of the Company’s investment plans for 2020.

           Since the holding of the Reporting Meeting in the traditional form due to external factors was canceled and in order to provide to the collective with the concerned information’s, the all employees were notified in advance of the opportunity to ask their questions to the Members of Management Board through available channels of internal communications: e-mail, blog of Management Board on the KGM website, boxes for collecting questions and suggestions.

 Collection of questions was conducted from August 17 to August 26. The answers to all the questions that have received were presented in the video address.
