On May 20^th, 2024 Baimakhanov Kairgali Yeleusizovich Baimakhanov - traffic safety engineer was retired. Baimakhanov Kairgali worked in “JV “Kazgermunai” LLP for 20 years, with a total length of service of 41 years.

In 1983, Kairgali Yeleusizovich graduated from the Kazakh Polytechnic Institute named after V. I. Lenin, specialising is “Heat and Gas Supply”.

His labour ways began in the same year as an engineer of production and technical department of Syrdarya assembly Specialized Mobile Mechanized Column trust “Kazsantekhmontazh”. In different years he worked in the Mechanical Installation Department of Specialized Mobile Mechanized Column-413, PD “Teplokomunenergo”, JSC CHP Consortium “Kyzylorda-Zhylu”, Energy Sales Company LLP “Doszhapal” as Chief Engineer, Deputy Director, Vice-President for Production. From 2000 to 2004 he worked as an HSE engineer of the project on construction of oil terminal in Dzhusaly settlement, then as an engineer-technical supervisor of the project of Aryskum oil treatment facility, Dzhusaly oil pipeline.

He joined “JV “Kazgermunai” LLP as an HSE engineer in 2004. From 2012 to 2013, he was a shift camp manager at the Nuraly field. From 2013 to 2016, he worked as an engineer for occupational health and safety and a specialist in civil defence and emergency situations. From 2016 to the present, he has held the position of Traffic Safety Engineer.

During the years of work in the company he was awarded with the Certificate of Honour of Akim of Kyzylorda region in honour of the 120th anniversary of Kazakhstan oil in 2019, Letter of Gratitude of the Association KAZENERGY in honour of the 30th anniversary of the Company in 2023.
