On March 14, 2025 Bekzhigit Imanbekovich Adilov – Operator, Oil &Gas Production was retired due to pension age. B. I. Adilov worked in JV Kazgermunai LLP for 22 years, while his total work experience was 46 years.

In 1992, Bekzhigit Imanbekovich graduated from the Kyzylorda Institute of Agro-Industry Engineers name after I. Zhakhayev in specialty of Construction-Engineer.

In 1979, his career path began by carpenter. Further, he was working as a driver within 7 years. From 1999 to 2003, he worked are as follows: industrial pipefitter, construction foreman, welding foreman at the Kumkol field. In 2003, he started to work as the welder in “JV “Kazgermunai” LLP. Since October 2014, he moved to Operator, Oil &Gas Production.

During his working years in the Company, his awards are as follows: in 2017 Appreciation Letter in the honor of the Republic of Kazakhstan’s Independence Day from EP KazMunayGas JSC, in 2019, the Certificate of Honor in the honor of the Company’s 20 Anniversary from EP KazMunayGas JSC, in 2024, Jubilee Medal of the 125th Kazakhstan Oil Production Anniversary from the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
