On August 26, 2024, Hou Delin, Director of Oil and Gas Production Department -Head of the field got retired due to pension age. Hou Delin has worked at JV Kazgermunai LLP since 2006, while his total work experience was 39 years.

 In 1985, Hou Delin has graduated from the Daqing Petroleum Institute in specialty “Petroleum Geological Exploration”.  In the same year, he began his career as trainee in the Production and Repair Operation Department at Daqing in China. Then he has worked at the Research Institute of Wells Technologies "Daqing" as the Researcher of hydraulic fracturing. He has worked in the Drilling Company “Daqing Xinyang, Talumi”, the Marine Center of the Chinese Oil and Gas Exploration Company, in the Branch Offices of ChinaOil International in Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan.

He has started to work on the position as the Head of the Akshabulak field at the JV Kazgermunai LLP.

In 2013, the Letter of Appreciation in honor of the Company’s 20th Anniversary from the Ministry of Oil and Gas, Republic of Kazakhstan;   in 2014, Certificate of Appreciation in honor of the Petroleum Industry Oilmen Day from JV Kazgermunai LLP;   in 2018, Certificate of Appreciation in honor of the Company’s 25th Anniversary from NWF Samruk-Kazyna JSC; The Jubilee medal in honor of the 125th Anniversary of Kazakh Oil.
